The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest specialist orthopaedic units in Europe.
It provides outpatient services to adults, children and young people and planned orthopaedic surgery to people locally, nationally and internationally, treating a number of conditions including large (hip and knee surgery and replacement and shoulder and elbow surgery), and small joints (hand, wrist, foot and ankle surgery) spinal, therapy services and orthopaedic oncology.
In 2021, it was named the most inclusive NHS employer in the UK by Inclusive Companies.
